My crochet hound’s tooth stitch development has been a regressive process from the beginning because I finally made a scarf in the recommended hound’s tooth stitch pattern – Griddle Stitch – and now I see it!
I will be presenting all four scarves to the recipient and let him choose which one he likes best; the three that are left will go into inventory.
The work up of this scarf was very quick as I only had to change color every row, alleviating additional yarn twisting.
And now…back to work on the eBook: Hound’s Tooth & Beyond.

I am in love with this project because of the look, the colors, the tension and the memories of Peanuts cartoons – it reminds me of Charlie Brown’s shirt. Actually, I just visited the Peanuts website and realized that Charlie Brown’s shirt would be solid with a zig zag black stripe. I guess I can add one more project to my queue.
Coincidentally, as I sat down to post this project, I started my iTunes and the first song that came up was Thriller by Michael Jackson, so I guess I can create another Halloween-themed object. Now that I am in Halloween mode, I am thinking of doing a ghosty cowl – perhaps in tapestry crochet; it depends on how long it will take to design.
