One Way Or Another by Blondie
Previously, this name was going to used for an impossible thread shawl, but I could not even create the four-ply thread I wanted to use for the project. So, I am now using the name for this project because one way or another this yarn was leaving my household.
Destination: El Segundo Slipt Stitchers Charity
Needle Size: US 7
On The Needles: January 6-9, 2020
This cowl began as a scarf using the open-work mullions stitch, but the purl on the return pass resulted in curling. I HATE THIS! So, I just switched to garter stitch and figured seaming in the end might straighten out the beginning. It did not work. Oh well. The yarn is gone!
GGH Milano – (3 cakes)
Color: 005; Content: 40% Nylon, 30% Acrylic, 30% New Wool; Weight: 4, Aran
Nice color, but another thing I hate is finding knots in a labeled yarn. In the the 3 cakes I used, I found two knots. Two out of three is not good odds. As such, I would suggest any serious crafters to stay away from this brand.
