All Or Nothing Blues

Name

All Or Nothing Blues by Dinah Washington

The association should be obvious.

All Or Nothing Blues Scarf

This was an easy one day knit. I cast on nine stitches. The scarf was worked in garter stitch, slipping the first stitch purl-wise and knitting the last stitch through the back loop.

The color change was worked by alternating rows.

Dimensions: 84-inch length x 4-inch width (dark blue end)/3-inch width (light blue end)

Yarn

Both yarns are unknown and man-made fibers. The dark blue was thicker than the light blue, which is the reason for the differing widths. If I was forced to make an educated guess, I would guess that the dark blue is Lion Brand Homespun, but have no idea about the light blue.

Is You Is Or Is You Ain’t My Baby: Bound Off

About The Project Name

Is You Is Or Is You Ain’t My Baby? by Dinah Washington [Rae & Christian Remix]

I was looking for a name that might match the print, but came across a baby reference first.

About Is You Is Or Is You Ain’t My Baby

Dimensions: approximately 28.5 inches square

I am surprised and pleased that approximately 258 yards of super bulky makes a decent size baby afghan. This is a tip to file under cost efficiency.

Is You Is Or Is You Ain’t My Baby Afghan: On da Hook

Is You Is Or Is You Ain’t My Baby Afghan: On da Hook

Time to do some serious knitting with my big balls. 😀 😀 😀

This is actually one skein of Bernat Baby Blanket that I have divided evenly for my next project, which will involve increases with ball one and decreases for ball two. I received this skein from CSNanaCat’s recent de-stash. 🙂

I have found a pattern that is extremely similar to Lion Brand Diagonal Baby Blanket: Corner-to-Corner Blankie by Shea Leonard. I am going to use it because I like the beginning better.
