That’s The Way Of The World

The Name

That’s The Way Of The World by Earth, Wind & Fire

The name says it all, having come first this time. One of my favorites, from an old-time favorite band.

The Slouch Skully

Dimensions: 12-inch (D) x 14-inch (H)
Pattern: Pokeball Slouch Beanie by Black Cat Crochet

This skully fits snuggly enough; I am wondering if it is the single crochet. As you can tell from the pictures, the skully is slouching; and I had nothing to do with that slouch – no manual positioning.

Just not crazy about the colors; definite charity donation. However, for the purposes of this post it is serving it’s purpose, in addition to a hoodie from my sweatshirt.

As you can see from the image above, you will achieve a different finished object depending on the color runs in the yarn. I find both very attractive.

With the rebranding of Off da Hook Designs to A Hooker’s World, I have made some changes and one particular change is that the pattern for How Deep Is The Ocean Scarf is no longer available for free. The pattern is available for purchase in the AHW Store (Closed) or in my Ravelry Store (Closed) or by following the link above to the patterns page. As with all my patterns:

  • I condone any realized profit from selling your finished project
  • I ask that you do not duplicate or copy the pattern for dissemination among your friends, as $1.00 is a nominal fee
  • If you are on Ravelry, I would appreciate your linking your project to this recipe, so I can send a request to feature your finished object
