Coming along nicely, after two lace pattern increase repeats of Saroyan, by Liz Abinante. This is the knitted gift scarf for Debbie at the Joslyn Center, Recreation Park, El Segundo, California. She’s a 656 “Real Teal” fan and has saved my but a couple of times when I have forgotten my name badge.
Having not heard, nor seen V. in over two weeks, my mood is slipping, but I refuse to surrender completely by throwing myself into creativity. These are the projects am currently focused on:
Supermassive Black Hole
Finally found a pattern – Hoodie Cowl by Jessie Rayot – that will match the black/blue yarn I received from El Segundo Slipt Stitchers (ESSS) Rosa. At least, I think so. The pattern calls for a K size or similar and I think that will match the weight of the yarn.
I believe I saw correctly; this is a crochet hoodie pattern.
A Secretary Is Not A Toy
I also found this pattern: Saroyan by Liz Abinante. Red Heart Super Saver Real Teal is for the knit gift scarf I’ll be making for the ESSS secretary, Debbie.
I’ll be using Helvellyn by Lily Kate France to make another hoodie – knit this time – with this Ella Rae Mega in Royal Blue that I acquired before Needlepoints West closed.
